BLOOD-ALCOHOL CALCULATOR

The percentage of alcohol in your blood can be estimated by using the chart below. Determine your "number of drinks" you've and intersect it with the opposite "body weight" to find the percent of blood alcohol listed. It may be necessary to subtract from this number the percent of alcohol you have burned up during the time elapsed since your first drink ( .015% per hour).

The blood-alcohol chart above only provides a rough approximation of a person’s blood-alcohol concentration after a specified number of drinks. Please keep in mind that the chart is a generalization that is based on the person’s bodyweight and the volume of alcohol that is consumed. The chart assumes a complete and immediate absorption of the alcohol contained in a standard drink. This assumption is scientifically and medically incorrect. Nevertheless, the chart may be a helpful guide to estimate a person’s blood-alcohol concentration.

Testimonial & Recent Victories
Orange County man with a blood-alcohol concentration nearly 4 times legal limit (.30%), and seen driving in from a bar, is charged with a DUI. Acquitted of all charges after jury trial!!!
San Diego physician charged for DUI after running 2 stop signs, failing to pull over when ordered, failing breath-alcohol tests (over .08%), failing field sobriety tests, and admitting to drinking, has case reduced to a “dry reckless!!!”
Los Angeles man is charged with DUI after illegally stopping on freeway in order to vomit, and admitting to drinking and driving. Case reduced to “dry reckless.!!!!”
