CRIMINAL
Ardalon Fakhimi is the designated criminal defense trial attorney for California Criminal Defense Center. Mr. Fakhimi has successfully litigated and negotiated several thousand cases ranging from simple misdemeanors to serious and violent felonies. Mr. Fakhimi’s experience includes the litigation of DUI cases and other criminal matters in the California Superior Courts, as well as administrative hearings before the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Mr. Fakhimi began his career as an attorney for Western Legal Group handling criminal matters and assisting in the litigation of complex civil cases. After nearly one year, he decided to leave that firm and began public service as a full-time criminal defense attorney.
Prior to his current employment at the prestigious California Criminal Defense Center, Mr. Fakhimi amassed a wealth of criminal trial experience while employed for approximately six years by the Orange County Public Defender’s Office. He has been the designated staff attorney in various Southern California courtrooms as a felony attorney, misdemeanor attorney, domestic violence attorney, and juvenile dependency attorney. He has practiced as a full time attorney in each of these areas, exclusively, at different stages of his career. His practice, therefore, places a very strong emphasis in the areas of felonies, misdemeanors, drunk-driving, drugs, domestic violence, theft offenses, and juvenile dependency.
Mr. Fakhimi's courtroom experience has earned him a reputation as a relentless litigator. He has invested time in developing a strong working relationship and rapport with judges and prosecutors throughout Southern California. Consequently, has a gained a throrough understanding of how to interact with these judges and prosecutors in order to obatain optimum resluts for his clients.
